During this uncertain time we made the decision to close our facility due to the ongoing COVID-19 spread in London and the surrounding areas that has affected us all. We ultimately want to do our part to help flatten the curve and diminish the spread of this terrible pandemic so we all can get back to living our lives in the quickest and safest way possible.

We have been to this point available for certain essential service emergencies and we now want to make sure that your automotive needs are taken care of to provide worry free driving for your family and loved ones.

Starting this Tuesday, April 14^th, we will be opening our Service and Parts department to our clients who have made our lives safer and have been on the front lines battling day and night to help our community get through this. If you are a LHSC employee, First Responder, or Emergency Worker please know that we appreciate all you have continued to do for us all, and that you are our first priority for any service work you need done. We want to make sure that everyone is taken care however, and as such we will be opening on April 20^th for the majority of service-related work for the rest of our clients. Booking can be completed online and we will be available to take your calls starting this Wednesday the 15^th.

Please be aware that we cannot fit everyone in at first and that certain service work will be prioritized throughout the coming weeks. We would appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter and hope each of you are safe and healthy.

This still means we will be adhering to the strictest social distancing guidelines:

• Cashless transactions
• Reporting and communication will be done through email and text
• Drive-thru will not be open, we will be utilizing our service drop off envelopes
• Pre-arranged pick up and delivery of your vehicle
• Every vehicle will be wiped down
• Our staff is equipped with the PPE required to protect you and themselves

Our Parts Department will open at the same time and is available for contact-less curbside pickup. Please email parts@northlondontoyota.com.test

Our New & Pre-owned Sales Showroom will remain closed, but our online showroom is available online 24/7.  View our inventory, build and price a new Toyota and submit an inquiry on any vehicle through text, email or chat from the safety of your home.
