Assistant Service Manager - Full Time

If you love to work in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership and desire an opportunity to earn an attractive salary for your hard work, we want to hear from you. Our dealership needs an articulate and knowledgeable individual to take on the Assistant Service Manager role.
You are a Team Player, one who will coach and lead advisors through daily customer interactions from start to finish with their vehicle. You are engaged in assisting the Service Manager develop and manage employee’s overall development plans and career goals.
You can lead the drive-thru processes seamlessly and contribute to the high-energy atmosphere in the shop. If you can effectively train and motivate service advisors, can multi-task in a busy environment, have excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, and have a willingness to lead by example on the floor then let us know!
You have Customer Service experience and above all, a good listening ear. You want to help our customers by contributing to their overall concerns and ensuring that they are satisfied with all points of contact and their overall service experience.
You will eagerly learn about our products and procedures and take on the role with passion and success! You thrive in a service environment. You seek out to help others and you get excited when your employees reach their goals!! We want to hear from YOU!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers courteously and efficiently
• Assist customers with requests for repair
• Teach and mentor other Advisor's to create and maintain excellent customer experiences
• Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
• Help maintain a healthy flow of traffic into the Service Bays
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Communicate details of service work completed in a timely fashion
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly
• The ability to foresee problems and get ahead of them before they escalate.
• Lead by Example

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years in a Management Role
• 5 years in Customer Service
•  1 year of Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
• A "fix right the first time" mentality
• A proven track record in the Automotive Service Advisor role
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with the ability to sell and promote our dealership and products
• Professionalism, dependability, reliability, accountability and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
• Valid G driver’s license

Automotive Technician - Full Time

We are currently seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team in our new facility with 16 service bays and 9 car service drive thru.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completion of repairs according to Toyota’s policies and procedures
• Maintaining vehicles while addressing any future or current concerns
• Pre-delivery inspections, ensuring 100% quality
• Quality control- performing road tests and after repair checks delivering fixed right the first time to all of our customers
• Estimating repairs accurately
• Demonstrating pride in workmanship
• Reliability and commitment to making our team the best in London
• Positive attitude towards exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• 310S Certified
• Previous automotive dealership experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a very busy service department
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and the Toyota or import vehicle product knowledge is an asset.

BDC Service Appointment Coordinator - Full Time

Do you have experience in a previous call centre environment and are looking for a new opportunity with a brand-new facility? North London Toyotaopened a 36,000 sq. ft car dealership in the North end of London and we’re looking for an individual to join our Business Development Centre.

When customers contact North London Toyota, they look to us to provide unmatched customer care and an experience that’s second to none. If you share our passion for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, while representing a quality brand, we would like to hear from you!

Requires a flexible schedule with some evenings & weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all online inquires from prospective and current clients that come from our website and other various online platforms
• Answer calls that come into our Sales Department
• Maintains call center database by recording details of all customer interactions including requests, inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Multitask and prioritize daily work plan activities
• Meet and/or exceed appointment goals set out for you monthly
• Schedule prospective appointments for our sales department
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years call centre experience
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to handle difficult and detailed inbound calls
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proficient typing/computer skills including MS Office experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to articulate what we have to offer to our prospective and existing clients
