Product Advisor - Full Time

Our Sales / Product Advisors are involved in both New & Used Car Sales as we believe in giving the right applicant all the tools available to succeed by providing professional training and daily mentoring to meet and exceed our goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work your social network and have the mind of an entrepreneur
Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product Features, Advantages & Benefits to all customers looking for a new or preowned vehicle
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Build strong rapport with customers
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and coaching

REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
Experience in a retail sales environment
Outgoing with a friendly professional personality
Have high quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Valid driver's license clean driving record
OMVIC certified preferred

Senior Service Advisor - Full Time

We are looking to hire a full time Senior Service Advisor at North London Toyota.
This position does require working some Saturday and evenings shifts.

The successful applicant will have experience in automotive, can learn quickly and be a productive team member in our department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers courteously and efficiently
  • Assist customers with requests for repair
  • Teach and mentor other Advisor's to create and maintain excellent customer experiences
  • Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
  • Help maintain a healthy flow of traffic into the Service Bays
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Communicate details of service work completed in a timely fashion
  • Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly
  • The ability to forsee problems and get ahead of them before they escalate.
  • Lead by Example

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong work ethic
  • A team player
  • A "fix right the first time" mentality
  • A proven track record in the Automotive Service Advisor role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with the ability to sell and promote our dealership and products
  • Professionalism, dependability, reliability, accountability and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
  • A valid G driver’s license
  • Leadership experience

Drive Thru Attendant - Full Time

We are looking to hire a full time Drive Thru Attendant.
Maintain a smooth flow of vehicles through the Service Drive-Thru.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  • Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Assists service advisors when needed
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle.
  • Additional Duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Service Experience (2 years preferred)
  • A valid G driver’s license
