Facility Custodian - Full Time

As a Facility Custodian (“FC”) Team Member you will help to create a welcoming comfortable experience that exceeds the expectations of our clients by ensuring a consistently clean and well-maintained facility. Facility Custodians will also be an effective ambassador for not only North London Toyota, but for Toyota Canada as well. Facility Custodians should take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while keeping an eye out for safety. North London Toyota team members should always strive to represent the team in a positive manner with a guest first attitude.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform extensive covid cleaning tasks in client and team areas based on a schedule created through the General Manager and Controller
• Ensure cleaning checklists and maintenance logs are maintained and up to date
• Maintain garbage collection areas and help facilitate an effective recycling program
• Notify Dealership Management on duty of any safety hazards or concerns, keep emergency exits and hallways clear of debris
• Keep the client waiting areas sanitized and respond to maintenance incidents as they arise
• Ensure cleaning supply stock is adequate and well organized
• Assist other departments with retrieving supplies and provide managers with a daily schedule of cleaning duties
• Assist with preventative maintenance of the facility
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
• Stay up to date on current and upcoming events at North London Toyota.

Qualifications
Experience in a custodial or light maintenance role (min, 2 years)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid G Drivers license
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Internally motivated with a consistently high level of energy
• Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks needing attention
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, while possessing flexibility towards different tasks
• Confidence to safely use common hand tools such as hammers, drills, wrenches and screwdrivers
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment
• Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
• Basic Computer knowledge is an asset

Parts Advisor - Full Time

We are looking to hire a full time Parts Advisor at North London Toyota. This position does require working some Saturday and evenings shifts.

The successful applicant will have experience in automotive, can learn quickly and be a productive team member in our department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all online parts inquires from prospective and current clients
• Answer calls that come into the Parts Department
• Assisting our customers and vendors with parts and accessory estimates and transactions
• Maintain a tidy work area while keeping inventory organized
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians in securing required parts in order to complete work orders
• Receiving / billing of parts

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proficient typing/computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reynolds experience is an asset
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Service Advisor - Full Time

North London Toyota is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team in our state of the art facility! 

We offer a fun and energetic environment, continuous coaching and support, training, favorable compensation plan, and great benefits. Our brand new facility boasts 16 service bays and a 9 vehicle service drive thru, join us to be part of a great team. We look forward to meeting with you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with requests for repair and recommend required maintenance to insure worry free vehicle ownership
• Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Communicate details of service work completed in a timely fashion
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly

REQUIREMENTS
Strong work ethic
• A team player
• A "fix right the first time" mentality
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with the ability to sell and promote our dealership and products
• Professionalism, dependability, reliability, accountability and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
• A valid G driver’s license
• Service Advisor experience preferred
