BDC Call Centre - Full Time

Do you have experience in a previous call centre environment and are looking for a new opportunity with a brand-new facility? North London Toyota recently opened a 36,000 sq. ft car dealership in the North end of London and we’re looking for an individual to join our Business Development Centre.

Requires a flexible schedule with some evenings & weekends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all online inquires from prospective and current clients that come from our website and other various online platforms
  • Answer calls that come into our Sales Department
  • Maintains call center database by recording details of all customer interactions including requests, inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
  • Multitask and prioritize daily work plan activities
  • Meet and/or exceed appointment goals set out for you monthly
  • Schedule prospective appointments for our sales department
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years call centre experience
  • OMVIC certification is an asset (this is something that you will need to obtain for this position)
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to handle difficult and detailed inbound calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient typing/computer skills including MS Office experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to articulate what we have to offer to our prospective and existing clients

Automotive Technician - Full Time
We are currently seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team in our brand new facility with 16 service bays and 9 car service drive thru.

Job Duties

  • Completion of repairs according to Toyota’s policies and procedures
  • Maintaining vehicles while addressing any future or current concerns
  • Pre-delivery inspections, ensuring 100% quality
  • Quality control- performing road tests and after repair checks delivering fixed right the first time to all of our customers
  • Estimating repairs accurately
  • Demonstrating pride in workmanship
  • Reliability and commitment to making our team the best in London
  • Positive attitude towards exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Journeyman License
  • Full G Drivers License with clean abstract
  • Automotive Experience: 5 years
  • Automotive Technician: 3 years
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills, and the effort needed to operate in a very busy service department.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and the Toyota or import vehicle product knowledge is an asset.

Receptionist - Full Time

We at North London Toyota are looking for someone who can make a great first impression!
Our Full Time Receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
As the front-line person you will be the customer's first impression of our Dealership. You must be good with names and can introduce the customer to a Product Specialist. You will need to be familiar with our services and able to convey a detailed response to our customer's needs. You will be responsible to manage the traffic in the showroom and make sure every customer is attended to.
Must be available to work daily from 7:30am till 4pm .

Job Duties

  • Welcomes all visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Use all available telecommunication systems to communicate to both internal and external customers any updates thru phone/email correspondence
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Daily organization of outgoing/incoming vehicle licensing requirements for sales departments

Qualifications

  • As the public-facing representative of the dealership, you must be professional and friendly at all times.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone system and directing calls to the correct department.
  • Must have a good time management skills and be able to multi-task.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Reynolds & Reynolds and Contact Management knowledge an asset)
  • Fluent in English with a pleasant speaking voice
