Service Cashier – Full Time
Job Duties

  • Greeting customers as they come into North London Toyota Service Department
  • Cashing out service customers when their vehicle is ready
  • Answering service calls and scheduling appointments
  • Making outgoing service reminder calls/missed appointments

Requirements

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • High school diploma
  • Exceptional English written and verbal skills
  • Strong computer & organizational skills
  • Automotive/service knowledge preferred
  • Reynolds experience an asset
  • Full G drivers license with clean abstract with the ability to drive manual transmission

Service Advisor – Full Time

If you are a career minded Service Advisor who is committed to providing excellent customer service, we would like to discuss a career at North London Toyota.

The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting our Toyota service customers while their vehicle is in for service. This includes explaining why additional services are needed after the vehicle is inspected by the technician

Job Duties

  • Greet Toyota service customers in a prompt, friendly manner. Effectively manage expectations of those waiting for your attention
  • Ask relevant probing questions to assist service customers in their effort to explain vehicle symptoms
  • Clearly document vehicle symptoms on repair order as described by the service customer
  • Determine needed automotive maintenance based on symptoms, age, mileage, body condition, and history of vehicle
  • Advise service customers on the value of maintaining their vehicles based upon prescribed maintenance schedules
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for service labor and parts; Explain it and the time needed for the auto service to your customer
  • Discuss with your service customer how and when you will follow-up on the status of their Toyota vehicle
  • Monitor the progress of work on your customer’s vehicles throughout the day, update customers on their status, and gain customer approval for additional work recommended by the technician.
  • Ensure repairs are completed on schedule
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to your customer
  • Handle service customer complaints in a fashion that maintains high customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
  • Prior Toyota experience preferred
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Full G drivers license with clean abstract with the ability to drive manual transmission
