Product Advisor - Full Time

Our Sales / Product Advisors are involved in both New & Used Car Sales as we believe in giving the right applicant all the tools available to succeed by providing professional training and daily mentoring to meet and exceed our goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work your social network and have the mind of an entrepreneur
Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product Features, Advantages & Benefits to all customers looking for a new or preowned vehicle
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Build strong rapport with customers
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and coaching

REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
Experience in a retail sales environment
Outgoing with a friendly professional personality
Have high quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Valid driver's license clean driving record
OMVIC certified preferred

Licensed Technician - Full Time

We are currently seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team in our brand new facility with 16 service bays and 9 car service drive thru.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Completion of repairs according to Toyota’s policies and procedures
• Maintaining vehicles while addressing any future or current concerns
• Pre-delivery inspections, ensuring 100% quality
• Quality control- performing road tests and after repair checks delivering fixed right the first time to all of our customers
• Estimating repairs accurately
• Demonstrating pride in workmanship
• Reliability and commitment to making our team the best in London
• Positive attitude towards exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous automotive dealership experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a very busy service department
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to handle difficult and detailed inbound calls
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and the Toyota or import vehicle product knowledge is an asset.

Customer Care Representative - Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all online inquires from prospective and current clients that come from our website and other various online platforms
• Answer calls that come into the Dealership
• Maintains call center database by recording details of all customer interactions including requests, inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Multitask and prioritize daily work plan activities
• Meet and/or exceed appointment goals set out for you monthly
• Schedule appointments
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years call centre experience
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to handle difficult and detailed inbound calls
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proficient typing/computer skills including MS Office experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to articulate what we have to offer to our prospective and existing clients
• Reynolds experience is an asset
• OMVIC certification is an asset

Parts Advisor - Full Time

We are looking to hire a full time Parts Advisor at North London Toyota.
This position does require working some Saturday and evenings shifts.

The successful applicant will have experience in automotive, can learn quickly and be a productive team member in our department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all online parts inquires from prospective and current clients
• Answer calls that come into the Parts Department
• Assisting our customers and vendors with parts and accessory estimates and transactions
• Maintain a tidy work area while keeping inventory organized
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians in securing required parts in order to complete work orders
• Receiving / billing of parts

REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proficient typing/computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reynolds experience is an asset
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
