  • Final transaction value of $50,000 or less
  • No final transaction value cap for Canadian-made EVs
  • Made in Canada or in countries that have a free-trade agreement with Canada
  • Be a new vehicle, meaning a vehicle registered for the first time (or demos with less than 10,000km)
